Verinite signs one of the largest Bank of Kuwait to support the cards tokenization project on HPS PowerCARD

Verinite is pleased to announce the signing of its 3rd client in Kuwait. Our client is the first and largest national bank in Kuwait with their business on Credit cards, debit cards, consumer banking, corporate banking, finance and insurance, private banking and mortgage loans.

Bank is planning to launch MasterCARD  Issuance on the debit card on HPS PowerCARD along with Tokenization implementation and support for its customer to enable secure usage of cards on digital channel. The platform will be compliant with MDES and VTS norms to ensure MasterCard cardholders can benefit from it. The bank is also partnering with wallet service providers to improve coverage and ease of usage for its customers.

Verinite has been entrusted to support Business Analysis, Functional & Interfaces testing, the host certification, and wallet certification on PowerCARD platform. Team will be responsible to prepare test strategy, test plan, test scenario’s and conduct are end-to-end to ensure certification and comprehensive functional regression. Our previous experience of executing similar project in Middle East (again on PowerCARD platform) was the key reason for being chosen as the partner.  Our track record of successfully delivering HPS PowerCARD and Tokenization-related projects for the clients, our knowledge in the domain of cards and application expertise have proved to be the key differentiators. This will be our 3rd client win in Kuwait and the 15th client in GCC region.
