A dynamic person often criss-crossing Verinite office in Pune, interviewing job applicants or taking care of operations. This is Shruti Warke, heading HR and Operations and responsible for a string of things in the company.

Formative years

A native of Pune, Shruti was always a bright student, receiving education in the likes of Crescent High School and Deccan Education Society’s Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce in Pune.

Career journey

Beginning as an HR executive in her first job, Shruti quickly moved up on the career graph, riding on her talent, grit, and innate ability to manage people efficiently. In consecutive stints in different companies, she worked as Senior Executive HR and HR Manager, before joining Verinite as HR & Operations Manager.

Getting into leadership

While Shruti always had a natural skill to lead and manage people, thanks to her extrovert nature and ability to connect with the people, Verinite added wings to it. Shruti fondly remembers how the senior management at Verinite, including Ashish Katkar, the CEO, have always been supportive and valued the role of the HR in a company’s growth.

After a bumpy ride of the first year, her journey in Verinite has been professionally fulfilling. She takes pride in her ability to manage multiple affairs at any given time and her contribution to the opening of the company’s Chennai office. Her responsibilities at Verinite make it nerve-wracking, yet she is enjoying her stint.

A personal insight

Shruti has been a keen lover of performing arts such as dramas. When she is not acting or watching dramas, you can find her trekking around Pune and even the Himalayas. She loves reading as well.
