QIB: Application Integration Development

PROJECT

QatarIslamic Bank (QIB)is one oftheleadingfinancial institutions in Qatar. Upgraded the existing system PRIME3 to PRIME4 with debit, credit and prepaid card portfolio. Spanning across both VISA and MasterCard schemes. As a part of PRIME4 upgrade project, QIB wanted to build following items:

• ETL Reports(23)
• ESB Middleware services(18)
• Notification services(4)
• Application development (Bulk Card Prepaid, Card Maintenance, Card Payments, Qmiles, Murabaha and Nojoom)and 1windows service application (Murabaha)

CHALLENGES FOR CLIENT

• Inorder to reduce enterprise server and cost, database migration from SQL server toMySQL
• Upgradation of Qatar Airways (QMILES) window service from.NET toJava
• Limited expertise of webapplications
