I would say the company’s overall reputation drew me in. I’ve been in the delivery department for almost two and half years. The Variety of work and people, travel, flexible work hours during non-event days. Versatility of being able to do a variety of tasks. Being able to work virtually, Having a forward-thinking supportive company that realizes people are their greatest asset. Working with people who make you feel appreciated and acknowledged is another reason why people enjoy working here. I am most excited about collaborating and working towards something big. Every day at work is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company and that makes my day.

Like most of you, I was seeing my career as "Dark" series , when I had joined Verinite in 2014 as a fresher . Slowly, episodes after episodes, the conclusions started rooting confidence, hard learnings and values in me. Cut To Today , in 2021 after 7 years with Verinite, I can connect all the dots and realise that all those episodes were very thoughtfully directed by my leaders. I learnt to choose Integrity over anything else. And that has given me all the best experiences and memories to cherish. I wish that everyone gets to be associated with such leadership that illuminates career paths.

Like everyone I had set some goals for myself professionally. I am glad that I selected Verinite in 2016 to achieve my goals. I would like to say A big thank you for guiding and inspiring me to keep working hard towards my ambition. I have always received training, Guidance, mentoring and support from my leaders here. Now I try to pass on the batten of learnings and mentorship received from my leaders to the junior peers of mine. I feel content that My seniors believed in my calibre and gave me free hand to mentor the junior members at various client locations for project work across the globe. In 2018 had to move out of the Organization due to personal reasons however very much proud to re-join within a year. It’s the Company Values and Vision which keeps us focused and motivated on the path to success.
