What will you do Day to Day?

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible to tap markets in various geographies of globe specially Australia, New Zealand, SEA to offer our Service Offerings. You will identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business this includes doing market and competitive research, forming unique storylines, contact discovery, mapping clients, cold-calling, focused email campaigns, setting up pf meeting with CXOs, presentations and much more. With your exceptional communication skills and trust building skills you can cultivate, build and manage relationships with Clients. The role’s success will be measured by performance and collaboration with other cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that help us meet our company goals.

Essential Skills for Job Role 

  • Responsible to promote IT Product and Services in to the International Market specific Australia, New Zealand through lead Generation.
  • To identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business with client mapping, cold-calling, focused email campaigns, presentations, etc.
  • Manage Sales life-cycle including cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, product/service presentation.
  • To cultivate, build and manage relationships with Clients.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent written communication
  • Prior experience of consultative selling to executives, directors, and managers in the enterprise domain (Prior experience in selling to CIO/CXO will be a bonus).
  • Generate leads with decision makers in client organizations (Chief Technology Officer, Chief Sales Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Care Officer and other C-level executives) to secure new business, new client leads and maximize the value delivered by TTEC’s services
  • Manage a database of leads in CRM, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline.
  • Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies
  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting
  • Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives

Mandatory Skills

  • International Market exposure specially Australia, New Zealand
  • IT Sales Experience is Must
