IDFC FIRST Bank was founded by the merger of IDFC Bank and Capital First in December 2018. The Bank provides a range of financial solutions to individuals, small businesses and corporates. IDFC FIRST Bank has a nationwide presence and operates in the Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking and other banking segments.

ABOUT PROJECT

• IDFC First Bank was planning to launch their credit card products in Indian Market. IDFC First Bank was planning to use SFDC as its Origination system for Credit Cards.
• SFDC was setup to support origination for both Existing to Bank (ETB) and New to Bank (NTB) Customers.
• Verinite was already supporting Bank in its Cards functional testing assignment. Bank wanted to replicate the stringent validation process for SFDC as well. Therefore, bank engaged Verinite to conduct Functional and Integration testing for SFDC application
