This project is about interactive voice response based testing, which involves front end application SPRINKLR used by bank employees to interact with customers. Purpose of this project is to manage high volume calls everyday handled by agents like sales inquiries, customer service, collections and support. This cover all bank products like Credit card, Debit card, Loans, Liabilities from different channels like IVR/Voice-bot, Phone-banking, VRM and Sales.
