A vibrant presence often seen juggling people's priorities and operational strategies with ease—this is Julie Krubhavathi, who joins Verinite as the Head of HR and Operations.
Formative years
Born and raised in Pondicherry, Julie’s academic journey saw her dive deep into literature before pursuing her calling in people management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Pondicherry University, an MBA in Human Resources from Madras University, and a PG Diploma in Human Resources Management. A lifelong learner, she has earned certifications including the prestigious SPHRi™ from HRCI-USA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and POSH TTT, reflecting her passion for evolving with the profession.
Career journey
Julie began her career as an HR Executive and steadily advanced to become a Senior Manager – HR (HRBP), demonstrating consistent growth, strategic thinking, and a strong people focus. Over the years, she has built strong expertise in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, HR digital transformation, and strategic HR partnering. Her consistent growth and impactful contributions have now led her to take on the role of Head of HR and Operations at Verinite.
Getting into Leadership
Julie’s ability to connect across all levels of the organization, design high-impact people programs, and lead cultural transformation has naturally propelled her into leadership roles. At Verinite, Julie brings a fresh perspective to enhance and scale our people's policies and processes in alignment with business growth. She will be overseeing operations across multiple locations — Pune and Chennai — and will lead the HR, IT, and Admin functions. Julie is energized by new challenges and looks forward to driving transformation and collaboration across these domains.
