Nikhil Kadu- Head of HR & Operations
A confident, decisive self dashing around the Verinite office all day, talking animatedly to the interviewees and the managers, and always eager to help out the employees who seek his assistance. This is Nikhil Kadu for you, Head of HR & Operations at Verinite Technologies.
Formative years
Nikhil comes from artistic entrepreneurial family background. His father, a well-known artist in Metalart, has successfully delivered training for this art in Arizona State University a conducted knowledge sharing session in Yale University.
An alumni of Fergusson College, Pune (2002-2004), Nikhil later did his MHRDM, Human Resource Management, from Welington Institute of Management, Mumbai (2007-2010).
Career journey
Beginning as a Human Resources Officer with Shrenuj and Co Ltd, Nikhil quickly climbed the ladder of success. Leveraging his innate talents of being a self-starter, intense and process-driven person, he worked in different positions before joining Verinite as Head – HR & Operations.
In Verinite
Verinite is at a growth phase and Nikhil wants to be part of the process, contributing to building of a Launch Pad for the company’s growth journey. A staunch believer in a system driven approach, he seeks to play a crucial role in building up and scaling the organization.
Verinite has a strong culture, astute Leadership, excellent employee policies and result driven teams. Nikhil’s role is to integrate organizational goals and values, and cultural aspects in the current/future workforce of Verinite. As a part of leadership, Nikhil will create a path for workforce to realize growth prospects of the company.
A personal insight
A person with a strong sense of urgency, Nikhil can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions, generate novel ideas, and deal with them swiftly. He likes to read and explore more in the area of Leadership and Team Building. He is an ardent follower of Tedx Talks. At free time, Nikhil loves to travel and explore. He also likes to volunteer in educational and career spaces.
