Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (KMBL) is an Indian private sector bank. They offer banking products and financial services for corporate and retail customers in the areas of personal finance, investment banking, life insurance, and wealth management. As of February 2021, it is the third largest Indian private sector bank by market capitalization with with 1600 branches & 2519 ATMs.
Project
KMBL was mandated to migrate Cards processing platform from existing FirstVision Frankfurt platform to FirstVision India platform as per RBI guidelines.
The portfolio included Conventional Credit, Commercial, PLCC and forex Cards. Customer base of 5,00,000+ cards.
This project was about conducting a thorough functional, integration and migration testing to ensure functional correctness on the new platform, seamless integration with existing Interfaces and zero data leakage during migration.
