Ahlibank wanted to roll out card personalization project (MC & VISA) by performing integration between Ahlibank’s Card Management System (PowerCard) and ‘Card personalization system ‘Vedas’.
Verinite Team was responsible for executing UAT for this project.
CHALLENGES FOR CLIENT
Very stringent timelines to complete the testing activities and roll out the card personalization solution changes to production.
Involved client team had little prior experience on testing & test automation tools.
CHALLENGES FOR VERINITE
To work directly with Card embossing machine & personalization vendor.
Understand the ‘Vedas’ system in very quick time and familiarize with client processes.
Outdated & very minimal reference documents for the processes to be tested.
