Business Objectives

To successfully migrate the entire Credit cards portfolio from existing ElectraCARD to FirstVision Platform with 2 million card base and 80+ product offerings.

Migration Testing, Functional Testing and Interface Testing of existing functions that includes base and customization features as a part of UAT on behalf of bank.

The Challenges

• Existing testing vendor could not support / conduct UAT hence Verinite was parachuted in as a testing expert, with an expectation of picking up requirements on the fly and still meet the timelines.
• GAP Analysis -Timely completion of Functional GAP Analysis with respect to ElectraCard System vs FirstVision system.
• Inhouse and 3rd party interface development on time was a big challenge that included Mobile Banking, Net Banking, ACS, IVR, SMS Banking, NPA/GL.
