The Challenges
Existing testing vendor could not support / conduct UAT hence Verinite was parachuted in as a testing expert, with an expectation of picking up requirements on the fly and still meet the timelines.
GAP Analysis -Timely completion of Functional GAP Analysis with respect to ElectraCard System vs FirstVision system.
Inhouse and 3rd party interface development on time was a big challenge that included Mobile Banking, Net Banking, ACS, IVR, SMS Banking, NPA/GL.
